L: The Lord is my light and salvation; whom then shall I fear?

Prayer
(in unison)
Eternal God, we came to worship You in the Name and Spirit of Jesus:
-to make our wills one with Yours;
-to abandon our selfish, and lovely way of life, for one of solemn communion
with You;
-to put an end to our sinning, by welcoming Your Divine Presence into our hearts
and lives.
May this hour of worship bring us so close to You, that: someone’s sorrow may be
lessened;
Someone’s burden may be lightened;
Someone’s temptation may be conquered;
Someone’s spiritual life may be renewed.
We pray in, and through,
the Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
